Enabling young people to travel a pathway to success

Enabling young people to travel a pathway to success
We work with young people within schools, in our communities, at our field farm, forest school and bushcraft camp to create experiences enhancing learning opportunities.
DevonPathways believe all young people have potential and given support can find a pathway that enables them to fulfil their ambitions. Adverse experiences can lead to a negative perception of themselves, professionals and learning environments. By providing young people with a positive professional relationship, identifying what works and how to do it more, DevonPathways will enable the young people to grow self-confidence and resilience and be focused on a positive future.
DevonPathways build bespoke 1-2-1 mentoring packages help young people overcome barriers to learning. We work closely with the young person's family, school community and all professionals. Outcomes are agreed with the young person, their family, school and professionals. Young people are empowered to develop skills that help them overcome the challenges they face in engaging in school and educational environments. DevonPathways has a team of highly skilled mentors and teachers, who work alongside young people to identify their unique talents and skills, raising aspirations and building resilience.
We support young people on which ever path they find themselves and provide support and guidance through relational learning to help them select a future pathway that allows them to fulfil their potential and develop transferable skills to take into adulthood.
Forest School is a unique way of building self esteem, learning new life skills and promoting independence, through hands on learning experiences. Packages can be designed to support all curriculum subjects or social and emotional development
